SimePro is an AI-powered Property Management System (PMS) that provides tools for property
automation, reservations, customer interaction, reporting, and analytics.
We offer both Free and Paid Subscription Plans. Feature availability depends on the plan you
select. Certain advanced features are only accessible to paid users.
4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use SimePro, you must register and maintain an active account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
• Use the platform only for lawful and intended purposes
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Free Subscription
Our free plan offers limited access to SimePro features. We reserve the right to modify available
features in the free plan at any time.
Paid Subscription
Paid plans grant access to advanced features and services. Payment terms, billing cycles, and
pricing details are provided on our website or at the point of subscription.
You agree to:

• Provide valid payment details
• Allow recurring billing (if applicable)
Unpaid or failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade to the free plan.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

11. Termination or Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• Payment fails and remains unresolved
• You engage in unauthorized or unlawful use of the platform
You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKSA TECHNOLOGY will not be liable for:

disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
